Mail Flow

• You can create and send registered documents such as: sales invoices, invoices issued Sales invoices, sales return notes, issued reminder/default notes, sales Sales and collection notes, sales and return notes, bills of lading.
• You can generate and send reports on reconciliation of buyer/supplier debts.
• In MailFlow journal, individual document templates can be created for sending according to standard system filters.
• For documents to be sent, it is possible to map the email block used to the report ID. layout, including email content, links, standardized company signature with logo (for formatted reports the email block layout is not applied). When formatting reports reports can be set to the appropriate report filter, email subject and content.
• The name of the generated report and the attached document file is formatted in the same way as in the BC standard email (for documents: document type and BC account number, for reports: report type). In the MailFlow log it is possible to modify the subject and the content of the email created (the content can be modified in cases where the layout of the email block is not used to send the document).
• It is possible to preview and modify outgoing e-mails before they are sent, to add additional e-mail addresses (CC/BCC), to attach an additional file for sending in the form
• The MailFlow journal document/report templates created can be activated/deactivated.
• It is possible to send generated emails immediately from the BC system, or to send each email before sending can be edited using MS Outlook.
• MailFlow generates an error log during the sending of e-mails and stores the sent e-mails history.

MailFlow supports all of the countries where Microsoft Business Central 365 is available.
